Laidy could have not provided any better service than what she provided. She was superb! Excellent customer service and product knowledge. This was my 2nd home purchase in three years. I looked at many builders and dealt with many sales representatives as I was looking to purchase my second home. Without a doubt in my mind she was the best sales representative I have ever dealt with! Even my real estate broker said the same thing. Laidy was extremely patient. She listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. If she didn't have an answer she researched it and got back to me within the same day with an answer. She let me make my own decisions and provided me with all the details to make my decision. She was honest and I felt I had someone I could trust through the entire buying decision making process. I wouldn't change one thing about her. I would say we need to clone her and have more people like her!
